Quality Policy
It is to develop undergraduate and graduate education-training quality by taking the student as the center, taking into account all stakeholder expectations in a way that can compete regionally, nationally and internationally. It is aimed to become the best department in the field of agricultural disciplines with a quality-oriented; new, innovative and competitive approach.
  • Making academic and administrative staff resources more qualified and competent,
  • Education-training activities should be oriented towards reason, science and the universal,
  • Developing internationalization and efforts towards foreign students,
  • Increasing the quality and quantity of research, project preparation of research and conversion into SCI publications,

  • To provide the necessary administrative, managerial and motivational support for faculty members to produce interdisciplinary works.
  • To motivate faculty members and students with effective methods in scientific studies and to ensure that they produce academic works that can stand out at the international level.
  • To ensure that remarkable works and research are introduced in the best way at the national and international levels.
  • In order to expand the scope of scientific research, to provide all necessary support for studies to be conducted not only nationally but also internationally and to lead the formation of teams in different disciplines.

Education, Teaching and Student Policies
  • To develop the quality of undergraduate and graduate education-training in a student-centered manner, taking into account all stakeholder expectations, in a way that can compete in regional, national and international areas.
  • Developing educational programs in a way that is student-centered, output/result-oriented and application-oriented,
  • Organizing orientation meetings for new students at the beginning of each new academic year to introduce the faculty and department,
  • Making current materials (lecture notes, presentation files, etc.) related to undergraduate and graduate level courses more accessible by transferring them to the web page,
  • Improving the educational infrastructure (classrooms, laboratories, library, course materials, etc.) in physical and technological terms,
  • Ensuring that interdisciplinary research is encouraged and resources are used effectively and efficiently,
  • Including student opinions and suggestions in internal evaluation activities,
  • Increasing the number of applications regarding courses given within the departments and ensuring that students gain practice,
  • Encouraging Student Exchange Programs (Erasmus-Mevlana) and increasing the number of students benefiting from these programs.
Regional and Social Contribution Policies
Our basic policy is to be a partner in sharing scientific knowledge in the field with public institutions, organizations and businesses in the Eskişehir region.
  • To work on solutions for the social, cultural and economic problems of the region.
  • To establish collaborations with the industrial and service organizations of the region that will contribute more to the development of the region.
  • To expand the scope of the University-Industry Collaboration to include the entire region while effectively implementing it.
  • Organizing awareness and training meetings to develop and spread the R&D culture,
  • Giving priority to research that will contribute to the society in cooperation with the industry,
  • Conducting research at the local level to promote the region, producing policies that will increase the added value of local products and creating employment and carrying out studies that will contribute to transforming this into a commercial commodity,
  • Conducting research at the regional level to support regional organizations in transforming knowledge into material,
  • Taking a role in strengthening the personnel of public institutions and organizations and businesses in the region,
  • Conducting projects aimed at regional development in cooperation with TKDK, Development Agency,
  • Cooperating with the Chamber of Agricultural Engineers, Chambers of Agriculture, Commodity Exchange, NGOs and companies in the region,
  • Preparing the inventory of public institutions and organizations in the region,
  • Sharing knowledge and experience with public institutions and organizations and businesses in the region.
